[Solved] WordPress Heartbeat - admin-ajax.php
I didn't add it. It seemed to me like including that would cause debug errors to appear on the HTML pages rather than just getting logged.
Then add it, othewise there is no debug at all.
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
@timrodman I can only help you for free here. I have no other way or time, sorry.
Tim please reply if your DEBUG LOG is clear from errors.
(1) Also i see you use Yoast SEO AND wpForo SEO at once. Please EXCLUDE wpForo from Yoast or disable wpForo SEO. No reason to have BOTH.
(2) You seem to use PHP 5.5.38. Switch to 7 or 7.1.
(3) Install and activate Comet Cache Lite and EXCLUDE the page of wpForo shortcode. Be sure you do that.
Do the above in STEPS not all at once.
So, I finally got to the bottom of this. It wasn't WPForo. I was using a Redirection plugin to redirect URLs. Somehow it went out of control on two of the WPForo Topics. I replaced the Redirection plugin with regular .htaccess redirects. I didn't do this originally because I didn't realize that you can use regular expressions in .htaccess, but you can! Now everything is running lightning fast again. Sorry for cluttering up the forums here with an issue that was unrelated to WPForo.
Thank you for letting us know TimRodman.
In case you want to say thank you !)
We'd really appreciate and be thankful if you leave a good review on plugin page. This is the best way to say thank you to this project and support team.
