We're still checking the reason. Could you please delete the /wpforo/ folder from /wp-content/plugins/ directory. We were working on plugin files and it was saved wrong. Please delete the folder and then navigate to the subsite, search and install it again.

Yes, I delete it, and download it and activated again, but no use. and even use multiple roles plugin to try to assign the super administrator as forum Admin, but it does not work, but there is no Admin or registered roles there. please check the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/j44fxw
