Ok I have just read your post on excluding WPForo page from cache plugins I did not know this and I have not done it now my users can not login and instead of showing logout when they login it does not login users at all how can I restore this so it works please help.

I'm sorry but I don't follow you well. Could you please record a video with the issue and leave it here to allow us to understand the issue.
Ok made a screen recording this is what I have done wrong https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/ I have since deleted WP fastest cache but it still does this how do I fix this issue please.
Could you please deactivate all plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem marker one.
Also please delete all caches and press CTRL+F5(twice) on the frontend before checking.
