Hi,

I was wondering if I could get some help .

After the recent update some of the forum links got messed up in my community. For example

In the below forum players report bugs. When I enter "Adult Group Drop" Topic I get redirected to "Solved / Invalid Bug Reports" sub-forum of the "Bug Reports" section.

For some reason the topic shows under:

https://www.dwarven-manufacture.com/community/solvedinvalid-bug-reports/adult-group-drop/

Rather than:

https://www.dwarven-manufacture.com/community/multiskill-high-five-x1-bug-reports/adult-group-drop/

"Solved/Invalid bug Reports" is a sub-forum of "Bug Reports". The "Adult Group Drop" should not exist in that sub-forum. In short, whenever a topic is opened it is forced to be viewed via the irrelevant sub-forum link.

I've checked the hierarchy which is structured correctly. The issue wasn't present before the update.

Furthermore, however I cannot easily reproduce it sometimes clicking on a topic redirects to a invalid page with some random posts. Not sure what is going on.

Any solution please?

Thank you 🙂

It seems this is a local browser cache. It doesn't redirect me. All works fine on my end. Please check in other PC's to make sure this issue persists.

Make sure you don't have a heavy .htaccess file with lots of different rewrite rules. Sometimes Apache Server makes mistakes when reads big .htaccess files. And always check on different browsers and PC's. URL redirection is being cached for 48 hours in browsers and PC's. If you got some wrong redirection, it'll exists 24-48 hours even if the issue is resolved.
