Hi @barbarabax,

This is the database table charset problem. In this case, your database table charset is utf8_general_c ( this is an old charset, the current version of WordPress and wpForo requires utf8mb4_unicode_ci charset), and when someone posts some content with the emoticons, the post isn't be saved (as emoji-n is a multi-bit char).

You should ask your hosting service to change all the tables to the mentioned charset.

We've deleted the topic because there was no post in it, and it makes no sense to leave this post in your database.

Hi,

I have the same issue, have deleted all caches and checked permissons but getting the anonymous users the topic appears with 0 post and not accessable to anyone.
