Strange issue. New registrations aren't receiving a clickable link to set a password.
I tried setting up a test user account and my email was
Username: test To set your password, visit the following address:
But no link appears to be showing.
If I review the original message (in Gmail) the link is showing
Username: test To set your password, visit the following address: --b1_c5c9d9d300ea0b1e7192a3b872c56ae5 Content-Type: text/html; charset=us-ascii Username: test To set your password, visit the following address: < https://siteurl.com/community/?wpforo=resetpassword&rp_key=61nW5669e4aeyNeeG8TP&rp_login=test>
Any ideas?

Some plugin affects wpForo email headers. That plugin inserts wrong information. Please disable all plugins and test it again.
If it doesn't help, try to find an option in your email client to view HTML Emails. This is your email client issue, it displays HTML emails as simple Text, it seems the default option is TEXT. Just fond according settings in email client and change it to HTML.
In any case there is no any issue in wpForo, please don't search solution in this plugin.

@robert in some cases wpForo doesn't set correctly the email headers (or something like that).
