When I compare my website with this one, I can see that my site's profile field is too large for Q&A layout. I am using super socializer plugin for social logins so this plugin takes the profile pictures from social networks

I found the issue. The problem is that when social login plugin syncronizes user avatars from social media, the avatar size is bigger than default wordpress avatar size. Now, I disabled avatar syncronization and eveything is fine
