Hi Everyone,

I downloaded the software on my website (free version) and when I shared the URL link to the forum to my friend, he was automatically logged in an admin. He never had to sign up, submit his email address, register, etc… He literally just clicked the URL link and was an admin.

This is obvious bud... my question is, how do I fix this?

Thanks

@scm22ri It seems that your question and problem is confusing.

Because there only a FREE version of wpForo, and wpForo is actually a PLUGIN of Wordpress.

So it is not clear what exactly you try to do. Maybe post a url or explain better.

@scm22ri,

This is a cache issue. Please disable all caches for forum page, just exclude forum page from caching solutions you use (plugin or hosting cache). Then delete all caches and check it with other browsers (not with mobile browsers, because those have a hard browser cache, you should use private session).

And please note that wpForo doesn't have paid / pro version. There is only free version of wpForo.
