Even if I delete data directly from the wp_wpforo_posts table in the DB, the category display remains at the top of the top page and forum. The same thing happens even if you delete records from other related tables. I would like to know if there is a unique method to delete wpforo data.

Probably it's just a cache issue. Have you cleared the caches before checking?
