If you can't buy for some reason the wpForo ads plugin, there are several options for adsense in wpForo.
But you should experiment and in some cases it is NOT automatic (you must put some shortcode in some posts or other places).
Install this

probably the best for Wordpress. Then experiment to add ads in the sidebars or manually INJECT the shortcode inside posts, footer, header, whatever you need.
Again, this is not a perfect solution for wpForo, but with a little work, you get it done.
