I use wpForo with Ultimate Member and it works really well.
But I have two issues:
1. If a user mentions me in a forum post, that notification doesn’t show in the Ultimate Member Real-time Notifications. It’s activated in the wpForo Settings, but nothing happens. Notifications about replies show.
2. Is there a way to mute/unmute mention emails in Ultimate Member settings? I know wpforo has this function. But how can I integrate it in the ultimate member profile settings? I really want just profile and settings once for the users.

The notification integration only works for the following events, we don't have plans to add more in the near future:
- Reply to your topic
- Reply to your post

I'm sorry but wpForo cannot manage UM functions it can only integrate some features. Plugins don't have settings to turn on/of something in other plugins. This is not an integration path. You should ask UM developers to add that setting.
