For the wpforo sidebar, the default sidebar is closed and boxed is selected as the format. But this doesn't show up when I add a widget. What could be the reason for this? It is currently closed because it is not working.

wpForo Sidebar works fine and you see it here on wpForo Community.
Just make sure you use the wpForo sidebar in Appearance > Widgets admin page:

I have tried many things but I have not been successful. I am sharing a screenshot. Can you please check again? Currently, two widgets are actively attached, but they don't appear in the sidebar.

My theme supports using different sidebars. I created a custom sidebar for the forum. I wasn't using it, but it was causing a problem. I deleted the sidebar I created. Now the wpforo sidebar is working correctly.
