Looks really nice and clean! I'd suggest more wrapper padding to make it more symmetric on PC and wrapper less padding on mobile. You can do that putting this CSS in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Styles > Custom CSS Code textarea. Save it delete all caches and press Ctrl+F5 on forum front-end.
