I seem to have fixed it by deleting a few douplicate entries in the db and changed the forum id from 2 to 0 in the database forum id. Phew.

No. The banned guy is in the banned usergroup. It's weird though that his prefix is not displayed. The "Official rep" usergroup seems to display fine.
