[Closed] Dragging of member fields and forums not working in admin dashboard

Am having issues with dragging the forums and also member fields To drag is not working I came across your solution about increasing the php stuff.. And I have done that through the php.ini It is still not working .. So I want to check my error And I found this error... Also the changing the category colour from blue to something else.
