Fairly obvious where this post is going. I'm looking to use UM 2.x for the registration and login side of things, and was looking at the Buddypress integration code. I don't think it would be too hard to refactor this so that it works with UM. I am also going to contact the devs over at UM to see if they have any interest in this.

Would anyone else be interested in this, or would I be developing this just for myself ?
