Hi guys,

I big thanks to the developers of wpforo, it's an awesome plugin.

I observed that forum stats show only on computers, but don't show on mobile phones, please how can I enable stats to show for mobile phone users.

A lot of my forum members are mobile phone users, and they would want to see how many people have seen their topics and post.

I want mobile phone users to see how many people have viewed their topics.

I'm new to wpforo, a little help will be highly appreciated, thanks.

You've got it wrong. wpForo shows the forum stat on any devices. The mobile is not an exception. Here is the wpForo Support forum stat on mobile view:

Please leave your forum URL to allow us to check it. There should be the forum stat at the very bottom of your forum page.

Hi Robert, many thanks for the reply.

Yes, the general stats for the forum shows, on the computer and mobile phones, however, what I was referring to was the numbers of views for a particular post.

For example, assuming I posted this topic: "How to become rich in 2021", I want the mobile users to be able to see how many people have viewed that particular post.

It's normal on Pc, people can see how many hit a topic has gotten but on the mobile phone it is not visible.

I don't know If I'm the one getting it wrong, or there's a button I have to enable on the backend.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

@abel_007,

Ok, I see what do you mean. wpForo adaptive design hides many components on small screens, this requires lots of custom codding to show them without affecting to the layout and styles. I'm sorry, but we cannot help you to show them. You should find some CSS developers for custom codding on mobile view.

@abel_007

btw: you have several JS errors, press F12 to view and fix them:

They seem to come from "tickerSlider"
