Hello, I recently asked a question in the support forum, and when I followed up with another question to Robert's reply, my entire thread was placed under moderation awaiting approval? May I ask what I did wrong? Is it because I didn't do exactly what Robert asked me to do but instead I asked another question? Please let me know because I really need help getting my problem fixed, Thank you in advance.

Ah, I see now that everything I post is unapproved. I think I get the message now. I will no longer bother you. Sorry for the trouble I have caused. It was never my intention to act inappropriately.
