I would like to create a normal Wordpress page in which new topics are presented. This works well with the widget (wproro Recent Topics).
Since my mobile theme (for an app) cannot work with the widget, I ask if there is another option.

You can embed any widget in your page content. There is a plugin which provides shortocde for widgets so you can put it in the content:
