Which three addons you're trying to buy?
Have you opened a support topic at gVectors Team forum?
Make sure the total is $61 or more. The three addon is not the main reason for discount. For the Sale Pack discounts the min amount should be $61 as it's mentioned in the Sale Pack table:

I really love your forum plugin but now very disappointed because you lack the main features such as the photo attached in the content and the private message between the users and now I have to purchase else where with expensive prices and without any reply or support from the sellers! Not happy any more so please considering including these features in your default and you will be the best!
