Hi Chris - sorry to bother you with you this, but is this something you guys can "fix" or do I need to figure it out in phpmyadmin. I'm very confused as to what's happened.
I've figured things out Chris, and just need help with a SQL instruction fix. All my posts were assigned to USER ID1 – this is not ny USER ID for my account. Is there an instruction to change all posts by USER ID1 to say 666.
Sorry for all the comments – I've done it, and it seems to be working. Have a few errant comments, but I can live with it.
I've got through the forum posts and there seem to be many instances where users have become anonymous. Is this a WpForo bug? It's a bit strange that the forum creates an anonymous user, but there is no anonymous user as a member.
This is not wpForo bug, if the user is removed/deleted from the forum not by wpForo options, the User content stays in the forum, and if the content is not attributed to a user it shall be anonymous.
You wrote above a lot, I am matted now, do you still need to attribute anonymous content to your account?
@chris, I reassigned my user ID and have resolved the issue myself. Interesting to know that if users are deleted in this manner this is what happens. Thank you for your follow up.
