How do I write a new post? Not a reply. Has this been disabled in this forum?

I'd rather see a top notification bar rather than the tooltip to confirm a reply etc as it blocks out to much of the screen on my phone ?

Create a new Topic was disabled for registered users. I just enabled this. And yes, the tooltip should be changed for mobile devices.

The link editor in the post editor doesn't play nice on my mobile phone, it also shows all the pages of this website which shouldn't be seen by the public.
