When using the threaded layout, and creating a new post from the landing page (not sub forums) it appears that if you have the advanced attachments add-on, the ability to add attachments is missing. I'm not able to replicate this in the sub forums.
Seems this may have been overlooked ?

Then make sure all kind of caches are deleted, even optimizer, minifiers. Also don't forget delete browser cache by pressing Ctrl+F5 on front-end.

yes, I've successfully registered. But I don't have permission to attach files. Please reduce the value of the "Min number of posts to be able to attach files" option. This option is located on Dashboard > Forums > Tool > Antispam admin page.
