Like the picture shows, it is a vertical line, click on it to show normal, I google half a day do not know how to solve ...

This captcha with numbers is NOT from wpForo. Nothing to do with wpforo, some other plugin does that. Disable that plugin.

Insert the below CSS Code in Custom CSS Code Field from Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Styles Tab:

label.wpforo-legal-checkbox.wpflegal-rules input, label.wpforo-legal-checkbox.wpflegal-email input {
    appearance: auto;
}

I coudnt get rid of the black border by CSS I guess the reason is your website theme.
