Now of cources shows something different.
Probably a spam post that was reported and deleted at around the time you made the screencap.

Perhaps the spam post was created at the end of this topic discussion, causing the system to update the topic's modification date. As a result, the statistic retrieval function might have captured that topic as the last one.

wpForo.com is connected to AWS CloudFront (CDN). Sometimes it may be unreachable (a 1-2 seconds per day).
