the user data of the administrator is not displayed, of the subscribers everything is fine. What will be the problem?

Hi @cpcmisha,

You have 2 different layouts in your Forum, in the picture you can see that the design of the topics are different, the left side user(Lucy Q.) information is displayed right to the user avatar.
The right side users(Miguel Torres) information is displayed under the user avatar.
