We have been using WP Foro for some time but over the past few days it sometimes disappears from the page when users click into viewing a topic. It is like it is corrupted. We thought it was an issue with our server but the rest of the site works fine. How can we check to see where the problem lies?

Hi @astridff

You can try the steps on this thread:

How to Debug and check for Errors and Issues in your Forum on your Server

https://wpforo.com/community/how-to-and-troubleshooting-2/how-to-debug-and-check-for-errors-and-issues-in-your-forum-on-your-server/#post-28788

Good luck and God bless you!  🙂

Hi @astridff,

Please check the @crisw suggestion and let us know if the issue still exists.

We looked at the debug section and there aren't any issues. We have tried clearing the cache so lets see what happens now

Unfortunately, the forum is down again. You can see the main forum and topics but if you click into the post it is blank. Any help would be great.

@astridff,

As described in the screenshot provided by you, first, please click on "Solve Database Problems" buttons and check again.

The button is located in the Dashboard  >Forums > Settings > Debug > Tables tab.

If "Solve Database Problems"  button doesn't solve this issue, please use the "Problem fixer SQL commands" SQL command below in your hosting service cPanel > phpMyAdmin Database Manager > WordPress Database > SQL Tab. In case you're not familiar with hosting service tools, please contact to your hosting service support team and forward them this message with the SQL command.
