Ok, i can provide some help, only if you are willing to try, without interrupting your website.

Did the plugin for bot blackhole helped at all?

Do you have ANY statistics for your plan or server, like resources usage? So we can be sure it is a database issue as your support told you?

Is any BACKUP service running automatically or manually each day?

Im not sure if BHFBB worked, seems no different.

I can get all stats for my site in my cpanle to see whats been used

And there is no back up, but i have (had, just disabled them) Brooken links checker, and revivie old posts, with pro add on

Maybe thats whats been causing the issue all along? Completely over looked the broken link checker. If that is crawling the site for links everyday, it could be that?

Well i can't guess, maybe. Is the issue happening the same time every time?

What is your Cpanel resource usage saying for LAST 30 DAYS? is it a DB issue?

Seems to be a database issue mate yes. My site is not even online this moringin, it says error establishing database connection or something like this.

I have other sites on the same server, and they work fine, it is just my forum site that is having issues..... I have my host looking into it now to see if we can find the cause.... again lol

@percysgrowroom,

You are using Maria DB 10.3, this is still considered as a new version, so I'd not recommend it yet. It's better to stay on 10.1 versions.

Or maybe go further to 10.4 (the 10.5 and 10.6 is not recommended either).

We are using 10.3.28-MariaDB everywhere and works just fine. And our hoster is extremely carefull with updates.

@percysgrowroom

You have the tools, use them. RAW logs for your site are available, also resource usage and Snapshots. They are all there.

Here is mine as an example 30 days history, so i can see what is wrong (or not).

As you can see i suffer from peaks at CPU load and my i/o starts to grow. But i know that and i can select what to do next. Or stay as i 'm.

This is what my host said:

No, the issue is with the database max connection and our admins are checking further with this.

Our admins have increased the Max connections and website  https://percysgrowroom.com/  is loading fine now. Please check and confirm it from your end.

@percysgrowroom,

If you have any Live Updating software/feature, please disable it (chat, live notification...).

If the live update is enabled for wpForo notifications, you should disable it. The option "Enable User Notification Live Update" is located in Forums > Settings > Features Tab.
