I have been running my forum without any major problems but recently, wordfence started flagging unsafe operations everytime I answer a question on my forum.

So I checked wordfence backend live traffic logs and here is what I found:

Sydney Chako left https://sytech.co.zw/community/mathematics/help-me-solve-this-statistics-question/ and was blocked by firewall for XSS: Cross Site Scripting in POST body: post=%3Cblockquote%20data-userid%3D%220%22%20data-postid%3D%2284%22%20data-mention%3D%22%22%3E%0D%0A%3Cp%… at https://sytech.co.zw/community/mathematics/help-me-solve-this-statistics-question/

Its now happening everytime I answer a question. Help me solve it please.

This is not related to wpForo, this is server response, contact your hosting company for more help

@chris nice of you to say this is not related to wforo when yet it is caused by wpforo pages. I just spoke with my hosting company and they said I should contact wpforo support since the issue is being caused by wpforo plugin. The rest of the site is working fine.
