I have been running my forum without any major problems but recently, wordfence started flagging unsafe operations everytime I answer a question on my forum.
So I checked wordfence backend live traffic logs and here is what I found:

Its now happening everytime I answer a question. Help me solve it please.

This is not related to wpForo, this is server response, contact your hosting company for more help
@chris nice of you to say this is not related to wforo when yet it is caused by wpforo pages. I just spoke with my hosting company and they said I should contact wpforo support since the issue is being caused by wpforo plugin. The rest of the site is working fine.
Please Send Admin Credential to info[at]gvectors.com, we need to check the plugin in your website.
Also insert the Topic URL in the email.
