Let's see if i can replicate it also here.

Users flaging their topics as Private, sometimes they see them after, sometimes not.

I can't replicate it here, i'm afraid. I use the Simplified theme, if it matters.

Switching to extended or other, didn't help. I think something happens AFTER a user edit his own Private topic.

Hi @dimalifragis,

We've tested the private topic feature with all layouts. Also it has been tested after editing topics and replies. Please make sure your logged-in status is correct.

Also this could be CDN issue if you've enabled such service for your website.
