The username is not clickable because the user does not exist?

I tried to approve the post (to presumably create the user) and try to delete via profile as suggested. Big mistake!

Site crashed and deleting the post took even longer.

Had another one. Deleting via moderation panel gets me this:

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, wpForo.

First, visit your website ( https://www.elsaelsa.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught ( https://www.elsaelsa.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpforo-moderations&wpfaction=wpforo_dashboard_post_delete&postid=63425&_wpnonce=5e4dae8bb5) and check for any visible issues.

@eel,

I think you have side problems with your website. All these issues are not wpForo issues. These issues are results of your site core problems. Something is wrong with your site or with your hosting or with your site database. All are weird issues and doesn't have any explanation or solutions if the problem maker is not found. You should check all and provide more information:

1. Disable other plugins and check it again.

If you see the same problem go forward:

2. Go to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug > Tables Tab. If you see any error, click the [Solve Database Problems] button.

3. Go to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug > Errors & Issues Tab, copy all issues into a TXT file and attach it here.

4. Go to Dashboard > Tools > Site Health admin page. Take a screenshot and attach it here too.

5. Let us know your Server Information. The version of PHP and MySQL. You can find this information in  Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page.

6. Let us know the version of your WordPress and wpForo.

Thank you, @eel,

How you check the issue? Do you still check the same post? Or are you getting new issues. Please provide more information and explain the current issue again.

@robert  Normally, a new user registered, confirms their password and it's game one. But I have this other issue several times a day.  This is the current one (attached).

Please note the "51 years". That is my clue something is off.

I have tried every way to delete these posts (without crashing my site).

I have deleted them from the moderation screen

https://www.elsaelsa.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpforo-moderations

Or I have clicked "view" and deleted from the forum itself.

I have also tried to find the user and delete them from that angle, but there is no user! I have tried via searching "members" and also tried the suggestion from admin, up-thread, to delete from the profile, but there is no profile.

So I delete the post. Occasionally, the post will just delete without an issue. But more often it hangs the site, which generates the wordpress error email seen below. I EDITEDOUT the login page info.

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, wpForo. First, visit your website ( https://www.elsaelsa.com/ ) and check for any visible issues.

Next, visit the page where the error was caught ( https://www.elsaelsa.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpforo-moderations&wpfaction=wpforo_dashboard_post_delete&postid=63703&_wpnonce=0d9d6f05cd ) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further. If your site appears broken and you can't access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further. https://www.elsaelsa.com/EDITEDOUT/?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=PlLDNcckzOm8YTus5QXPLv&rm_key=TAfT1gsn4VT0wXTNpgz8gc

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don't worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information: WordPress version 5.5.3 Current theme: Weaver II Child (version 1.2) Current plugin: wpForo (version 1.8.4) PHP version 7.2.34

Error Details ============= An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 687 of the file /chroot/home/elsaelsa/cphomeorig/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpforo/wpf-includes/functions.php. Error message: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded

I have no clue how an unregistered member is able to post. I have checked the settings on this and attached a screenshot upthread.

Thanks!

@eel,

Ok, thank you for the information. Could you do these action with disabled plugins? I mean,  if you have some security, antispam, cache and all kind of other plugins, just deactivate all and do this again. I think this is a plugin conflict.

Also, please ask your hosting service to update the MySQL server to 5.6 or better to 5.7. And the PHP to 7.3 or better to 7.4. The 7.2 is not a good version.

Hi Robert. The updates you recommended have been made.

I have not had the opportunity to adequately check if the "non-user" problem still exists but I am having other issues and wpforo seems to be central to them. From my webhost...

~~

This is the main error log and I there are many errors for this plugin, there is 6 errors like this:

[Fri Dec 11 05:19:31 2020] [-:error] [pid 10217:tid 140435079026432] [client 66.249.75.17:54758] FastCGI: server "/var/run/elsaelsa-remi-safe-php72.fcgi" stderr: PHP message: WordPress database error Table 'elsaelsa_wp.elsa_wpforo_logs' doesn't exist for query SELECT DISTINCT `key`, `value` FROM `elsa_wpforo_logs` WHERE `sessionid` =
'6696f793e20f7d9367a701dc6a5ea6483e084e421a0b405fa70e312baa6c51bc' AND `key` IN('neutral','error','success') made by require('wp-blog-header.php'), wp, WP->main, do_action_ref_array('wp'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, wpForo->init, do_action('wpforo_before_init'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, wpForoNotices->init

[Fri Dec 11 05:19:32 2020] [-:error] [pid 10216:tid 140435234469632] [client 152.97.163.127:50659] FastCGI: server "/var/run/elsaelsa-remi-safe-php72.fcgi" stderr: PHP message: WordPress database error Table 'elsaelsa_wp.elsa_wpforo_logs' doesn't exist for query SELECT DISTINCT `key`, `value` FROM `elsa_wpforo_logs` WHERE `sessionid` = 'q0FEcLGstnN57c6FcdmDR01doDZpZqp8SPQV4kdAwy7' AND `key` IN('neutral','error','success') made by do_action('admin_init'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, wpForo->init, do_action('wpforo_before_init'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, wpForoNotices->init, referer https://www.elsaelsa.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpforo-community

Basically all are reporting a problem with that specific DB table.

~~

Any ideas?

Thanks!

@eel,

We have just released a new update. Please update to 1.9.1 version. It'll fix the database error.
