Please edit the forum page and ensure the shortcode is not enclosed in additional tags. Currently, I see that the wpForo main tag <div id="wpforo"> is located within <pre> tags.

Dear @sofy

it still does not work. i used the short code with elementor short codes http://bookclub.sarasavi.lk/test/, as well as dircetly inserted when the page is created http://bookclub.sarasavi.lk/wpfor/   but it still does not work. if it is a problem with short code, community slug should work atleast. but it does not work as well. i used to work fine for few hourst but it suddenly stoped, i deactive all the plugins and keep elementor and wp foro only it yet still the problem exist.

here are my server details

First, please exclude wpForo from your cache plugin. More info can be found here: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/#post-37150

Make sure these steps are done properly:

  1. Edit the forum page and ensure the shortcode is not enclosed in additional tags. Currently, I still see that the wpForo main tag <div id="wpforo"> is located within <pre> tags.
  2. Clear all kinds of caches and check again.
