When tagging a user by nicename in the forum email is sent ot the user who is tagged.
However the url to the post in that email is not clickable

Switching to post_link helped

@tutrix yes - I am using it not once you pointed me to the right documentaion.
I was just pointing out that your plugin help text in Email Settings is wrong. It suggested to use post_url which is wrong.
