Hi, I tried to search the forum but I cannot find the answer exactly on my question.
I want my member that once registered he/she will automatically subscribed to all forum/topic. I want this so that all my member will received email/notification for every topic made in my forum.
Please guide me to enable this function.

We're really sorry, but wpForo doesn't allow admins to automatically subscribe members. These kinds of options don't comply GDPR and they are not manageable.
wpForo has a built-in Subscription Manager tool that makes subscription easy. It can be found in My Profile > Subscriptions page:
