I've recently installed this Forums Plugin unfortunately its not working for me at all.

When I have the page as a draft its working but when I have the page published it gives me a 404 Error. I've followed the steps in making sure the Permalink on the page and the forums is the same. But for some reason its not working out at all.

Is there anything that I can do to troubleshoot this further?

Try Uninstall (not deactivate) (if you don't have important data), then delete plugin, then search and install it again. If this doesn't work please send admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com, we'll login and check it.

I tried uninstalling the whole thing and unfortunately it still shows a 404 error. I will be sending admin log in details. Thank you

Thank you for access data. We just checked. I'm sorry but this problem can't be solved. This is not wpForo issue, problem comes outside of wpForo even WordPress.

Permalinks don't work on your website, we just created a Test Page with /test/ slug and it returns 500 Server error. So your WordPress permalink structure doesn't work at all and wpForo has no chance to work there.

It seems you had Joomla or other CMS on this server and the .htaccess file is not correctly configured. Maybe this is a permission issue in file system. I can't say exactly.

The firs thing you should check and if is the mod_rewrite module (for clean URIs known as Permalinks). Content you hosting service and let them know that WordPress permalink doesn't work.
