Then i can only guess that some PLUGIN is doing that. Disable one by one and see from where the issue come.
I try to flush the permaling, re save the permalink option, regenerate the htaccess, desactivate all plugin except wpforo but i still don't have a clue.
As i said in my first post i already done all the "classic stuff" before posting here :/
Delete the /community/ page.
Check the Shortcode in /forum/ page. Maybe it is not posted correctly.
did you create 2 pages with the forum shortcode?

I had two page with the wpforo shortcode as tutrix find.

I have a community page and a forum page.
The problem was that the forum page was in draft... so obviously only the admin could read it.
