I am having problems with the login to the forum, this is my website: laboratorio.ayudadigitalcovid.org . The problem is exactly the same as the one described in this thread:

But I couldn't fix it, I just disabled the "Replace Reset Password Page URL to Forum Reset Password Page URL" option. And the same goes for the Facebook login. I have to recall though that this is not happening to all users, but just to some of them. As a curiosity, all logins from Spain are working, and some of the logins from out of Spain do not work (the hosting company, webempresa, is Spanish).

This 99% of the time is a hosting problem. Usually a slow server or database, a dns problem and many others all related to hosting.
Sometimes it is plugin problem.
What do your hosting company says?
There is a lot of information about Wordpress and that error on the net.
This is not wpForo issue and this is not related to the topic you're referring. That topic was created in 2018 and the issue was fixed.
We couldn't check the issue, because the registration with email confirmation was disabled.
