Hello,
Near the top right, there is a small red button that triggers the menu for the "My Profile" menu.
If that is confusing, I have made a video of the issue.

I think this is a widget that should be in the sidebar and not at the top menu.

Can i also ask what kind of plugin is that you use for consent of privacy?
Google's script, a Wordpress plugin or what?
