Is possible to change the default emoticons with your own..? and add some new also..?

The default emoticons you see are emoji, they are not a simple gif or png emoticons. They are built-in TinyMCE feature so there is no way to change them to custom images.
I'm sorry but i don't follow you. I've already mentioned there is no way to change emoticons and the Emoji you see in toolbar is the same WP Emoji. And this is the same emoji used in WordPress editors, so it's already added in editor tool-bar.
