If i am not mistaken it was written thqt after the update we will be able to change the emoji, add remove etc.
Is there a how to do it , at least from where ?

We were talking about emoticons addon. This addon will allow you add emoticons packs and customize them. I'm don't think it'll have any affection to the default emoji button on editor toolbar. The addon adds new button and emoticons packs tabs under the editor.
