Firefox and chrome, yes i did and from options and with ctrl+f5
Have you do any customization? For some reason the wpforo/wpf-themes/classic/widgets.css file is not loaded on your webiste. Have you excluded it or disabled it somehow? Could you please check your custom codes and plugins. Somehow the widgets.css file is not loaded on your forum. It's for all widgets, for the new My Profile & Notifications widget, for Recent Topics widget and all other wpForo Widgets.
I'm sorry but I have no answer on this question. Because it's an affection from some plugin or from the theme. It's almost impossible to debug without turning all off and switching to default theme in a testing environment.
