Hello

The administration bar is on the website even if I deactivated it.
How can deactivate it?

Website is www.porte-blindate.info.

This is not under wpForo control anymore and this is not displayed by wpForo. This comes from BuddyPress or from other plugins so please don't search solution in wpForo.

Thanks Robert it was BuddyPress.

I removed it by clicking on:

Settings > Buddypress > Unflag “Show the Toolbar for logged out users”
