I've used wpforo fora few years. It works fine.

But since last week I cannot view or access any topics. It shows error message as attached.

My website is http://www.pakorn.in.th/community

Please kindly suggest me how to fix this.

@livebakery,

Is this something new? Have you had such an issue before?

Can you temporarily disable other plugins and check it again?

It's new to me. I haven't had this issue before.

I've tried disable all plugins except wpforo, but it still doesn't work.

@livebakery,

Why are you calling your forum with http:// protocol? Your website has a valid SSL certificate, and it supports https:// protocol. Please follow these steps:

1. Make sure your website URLs are set with https:// protocol in Dashboard > Settings > General admin page.

2. Go to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > General Tab and click the [update options] button.

3. Go to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard and click the [Clear all caches] button.

Then delete website cache if you have a cache plugin.

@robert Thanks for your help.

I've done 3+1 steps you suggest and also deactivate WP Super Cache.

I'm still getting same issue.

Please help me 🙁
