Hi,

I have a multisite, with 10 sites.  I have installed WPForo onto my Multisite, and I can access all of the features on my main site.  But I can not access the Forums on one of my subsites, and I can't adda forum for that site.  please see the attached image of the menu on the subsite.

Hi @brie-lane,

Make sure your WordPress admin and wpForo Admin for the subSite you're currently checking. Navigate to Dashboard > Users > Your Profile, scroll down and check wpForo usergroup:

Hi,

I'm having the same issue as described by @brie-lane.

I went to the subsite dashboard > users > your profile, and it did not display Admin although Role-Usergroup Synchronization indicated it was turned on, and I was of course logged in as network admin and admin for the subsite.

I attempted to set the admin role manually by turning off the Usergroup Synchronization, however, then I was unable to set any usergroup role for wpforo in my profile on the subsite.

Then I noticed that I can't seem to add a user-group to any of the subsites. And I can't turn the Usergoup Synchronization feature back on again. Although I am logged into Admin for the entire network and main site, it looks like the user groups are not synchronizing in the subsites (image attached). It just says Usergroup Add Error.

Please advise.

Thank you

Hi,

In addition to my comments above, I also noticed that I cannot deactivate, delete or uninstall the plugin to reinstall it from the network admin dashboard > plugins. Instead I can uninstall it from each of the subsites (image attached).

This is very confusing to me, as it's not possible to uninstall any other plugin I've installed in the network from a subsite.

Please don't do network activation. All subSite admins should activate for own subSite separately to get all necessary permissions in forum.

This is not wpForo issue. This is your account permission issue.
