HI,
I have a problem with files attached to the subject. Not every user can download the attached file and view the 404 page.
I don't have this problem in the other part of the site and users Normally download.

The issue doesn't have any relation to the wpForo.

It comes from the .htaccess file or incorrect file permissions on your server.
