I'm trying to change the default profile cover image but after selecting the file the page stays on 'Don't stop or close browser' and keeps going forever. Please see the attached photo.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Thanks for the help. There are no issues logged in the console. There's only one 'issue' showing in Chrome, which I think it's highly unlikely to be related to my problem. The issue is "Audit usage of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform". Do you think it can be the cause of the problem?
