While updating my profile cover on a iPhone it takes me to Files folder and not the photo library. However on laptop or desktop it works fine. Do we have any solution for this.

Hi @Chris

I have the same issue with the iPhone 14 and Android for cover image upload.

Here, Gallery is not getting open, instead, it is opening the file manager to choose the images.

If I go for the Profile image, here, it is working correctly.

Thanks

@tarun,

Checked with Android, it shows the right way, select browse from the file manager select the app, example gallery or from the file manager images.

About iPhones, I have checked with iPhone 6 and 13 Pro. So on iPhone 6 it shows the same in the above screenshot of mine, but in the new iPhones it shows the same in the screenshot you have posted.

@chris

But this is different for 'Banner image' and 'profile image(avatar)'.
I need the same for both like "profile image" where the user can directly go into the Gallery to choose an image, So, is that possible or not?

Thanks
