When opening a topic and I forgot my password, it gives a critical error when used, no plug-in is installed, I couldn't understand the problem, how can I do it?

Can you explain better your issue?

And what is the critical error?

Maybe post a URL?

Critical doesn't mean anything.

Follow this:

https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

and tell us the full error.

Also the url you posted, doesn't seem to work (resolve) for me.

The Correct is : https://forum.e-kitapstore.com/

@dimalifragis I have attached the error log. I think the problem stems from the mail system, can you have a look at the file?

@dyka you could try using an alternate method to send mail from your WordPress, such as using the WP Mail SMTP plugin instead of the default PHPMailer.

Greetings!

Ok, the error is:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function PHPMailer\PHPMailer\mail()

Your hosting provider has disabled the mail functions. Contact their support to fix this.
