After deleting the account, when I look at the topics posted by that account, it displaied 52 years ago.

How have you deleted that user, in wpForo there are two ways to delete a user:
1. Delete all wpForo content.
2. another user.
How I understand, you have deleted that user by another way.

I have wpforo and UltimateMember linked and deleted it from the UltimateMember account page.

Yes, you're right, UM hadn't deleted the User content or attribute it to another user, so now the post doesn't have an owner. Which has caused this issue.
