Hello. I found to much unknown some urls on my forum. For example:

- Unknown url but has some one content https://www.russpuss.ru/sovet/rabota-dlya-devushek-za-granitsej/?foro=allread&foro_n=8452a32aa4
Also has internal nofollow tag,
What this is a link? How fix it?

I can add noindex for some forum page? Now this is one chance hidde trash pages from indexed.

On the Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Misc admin page, you'll find the "Noindex forum page URLs" section, just fill the forum pages there.
@sofy my apologies for long answer. I found this is url in google search console also yandex webmaster.
if I’m add in misc rule *allread&foro=* this is will work for all urls which have have this is?

All works fine. No necessary to change anything. The URLs that have no-follow are not internal but the action URLs. And those action URLs must not be indexed from Google. Also if those pages don't have no-follow, you will have two same pages indexed by Google, one with the correct URL, the second will include the action variables, and that's wrong. So currently everything works in the correct way, and there is no necessary to remove off no-follow from those URLs.
